I will start of this first blog to introduce myself. My name is Samir, 24 years old, live in Sydney Australia.
I love fixing things, most of time i fix them. Beside that as my hobby, i also love to create things and think of ways to inspire people around me. Which will also help me to stay focused on my own goals. Inspiring is a big word. I am no where, any where to call myself an icon or someone people that will look up to.
I used to be really fit and fitness was my life. After starting working full time. I haven't been bothered to really workout. So i have defiantly gained a lot of weight. I know this is the case to many people. During my teen years, i used to think people who are over weight. They need to go just for a run, instead of coming home and sitting in lounge.
Yes!, I was wrong. Its because most people never had the time to really come back from office and do a few workouts. But finally i realised that maybe 10 mins a day of our time. we should put our effort in doing something to make our body and mind feel better. Else if we escape from that many issue like being over weight or mentally becoming exhausted. This will make a really big difference in our lifes.

Today i started back my fitness routine. So Horray!!! for first day.
